Detroit Mayor Kwame Kilpatrick testified under oath last year that he did not have a relationship with his chief of staff, Christine Beatty. There were over 14,000 text messages exchanged between the two. Johnny and Blondie took in the helium and vocalized the messages of the Mayor and his lover....uh, chief of staff.
